Hey, I'm Courtney.

I know what it feels like to give everything to your family and still collapse into bed at night feeling guilty and wrung out. For years, I was surviving, not thriving.

Even with my knowledge and experience supporting neurodivergent children with tricky behaviours, I was strung out as a mother. I couldn’t keep it together. I was always teetering on ‘losing it’ - even though I “knew better.”

Strangely enough, I now see being struck down with chronic fatigue as a turning point. It forced me to stop pretending everything was fine. That life wasn’t sustainable - just like it isn’t for most parents of neurodivergent kids I meet.

Gentle breathwork changed that. It helped me release the stress I was carrying, bounce back quicker when things went wrong, and finally find space to actually enjoy my kids again.

Now, I guide other parents of neurodivergent children through the same practice. Because we’re the ones carrying it all - and we matter too.
